Tada- The Iphone 4s. I managed to grab the white color at this new Digi outlet in BSC. My friend went there and it was all sold out, he has to wait till mid of Jan.

Been addicted to some childish games on the app store. haha! its silly but fun.

My cousins now miss my phone more than me.. :-( Oh, they had fun playing/talking to Siri too. They asked like really dumb ass questions. kids kids kids!!!!

Anyway, can't believe its end of the year. so soooon!

Home made yogurt cake for birthday! I really wanted to finish all of them but *sigh* diet!

Celebration at Le Midi, Bangsar Shopping Center. Salad. the scallop is super fresh and huge!

Starter, we chose to go for chef's selection. was yummy!

Heart seafood paella, this is nice too. with fresh seafood. but the taste of the rice was a little bit plain.

Jelly Fish spotted. The food was delightful, ambiance is beyond words and the service was impeccable.

Went for lunch with Au Yong on Thurs. Thanks for the treat once again. and I feel bad for not finishing the porridge.

3rd celebration with Yen Yen, we actually had chinese food with traditional chinese soup for dinner. Thinking back, we always had wine and western food when we hang out. OMG, we are getting old.....

Kronenbourg. There were Santa Carlsberg and his Santarinas giving free stuffs. They actually let us take part (we did not order any Carlsberg) and yippie, I got a Reebok Jacket, price tag still on RM 179.90.

The first of the trip. Initially was supposed to be in Vietnam for the trip but final call down to locally. *dissapointed* was hoping to get another stamp on my passport, final one for this year!

But since its in Penang. 6 of us decided to take our own ride instead of taking the coach.

Awesome weather we had.

Buffet for dinner but the food was just so-so.

The best part, we woke up with this breathtaking view!!!!!!!!!!! We spent a night on cruise and touch down Penang for the annual dinner.

Rasa Sayang Shangri-La Resort & Spa. Syok-nya. Again, the management tried booking rooms at Hard Rock Penang but there weren't enough rooms for all of us hence they switched to Rasa Sayang, better for us, more expensive mah the room. :-)

I shred some pounds off after a week of strict diet and constant exercise, not easy though. Feel great about it! Hiking again tomorrow morning, more pounds to get rid of.

Visited deer farm in Terong past weekend. my dad's friend's farm

Deer spotted. Was very far from the main road of Terong, we even took the wrong turning. It was very very deep in, in the middle of no where.

Not bad, my compact camera managed to capture artistic picture. :-)

Hong Kong Day 3

Ok, I'm in good mood after some spring cleaning on my travel loots and its raining outside so I should continue with my Hong Kong diary on Day 3.

Day 3 - Ngong Ping 360/City Gate/Disneyland/Tsim Sha Tsui

Honestly, I have never had so much fun with my mum alone. I'm really glad she tag along.

At the futuristic Lai King station, I do not made that up. The operator on the train said so. "Welcome back to the futuristic Lai King Station!"

I booked the ticket before I depart to avoid the hassle of queue-ing up. We reached around 10am and again, not much visitors yet. The best part, we have got the whole cabin on our own.

Usually they tend to fit in at least 8 in a cabin.

For a different experience, I booked the crystal cabin instead of the regular one.

That's the difference you are getting, a transparent floor.

No acrophobia is tolerate here.

Along the way up, you would bump into some chinese cemetery scattered very far from one another. Probably from those ancestors long long time ago.

Additionally, there is a nicely done pathway for jungle trekker. I definitely lose lots of calories doing the trekking thing.

After we headed down, was shopping time at Citygate, Tung Chung. That place was super packed with crowd, like seriously.

I was eager to try Hong Kong porridge, but was just ok to me.

I strongly recommend this 'Fai Kei Che Zhai Min', its a very small stall opposite where we stay at Arthur Street (Yau ma tei, exit C).

The uncle has no palm on one side of his arm. I think it's the left side. If you walk inside, there is a sign saying 'speak English here'. If you can't speak Canto, this will work for you.

Even you do, Hongkie speak in fast paced. I sometimes don't get what they were saying.

Anyway, the beef noodle is yummy, even my mum loves it, said next year have to come here and makan. haha!

Not fogetting, next to this noodle stall was a fruit juice stall, all the juices are freshly squeezed with no sugar, water or ice added. We had the juice like 5 consecutive nights to clear our bowel and install some vitamins.

Hong Kong Day 2

This is more of like my diary to keep track of some places and things I have been and done.

Day 2- The Peak, Madame Tussauds/Central/Causeway Bay/Tsim Sha Tsui

We had dim sum at central the second day.

Luk Yuk Tea House, the place was quite empty when we reached. So yea, no need to 'tap toi' with others.

The only 2 things I like, 'ha gao' & 'siew mai'

We gave our seats to elderly and stand at right side of the tram for better view.

It was just a short distance trip though.

I thought it would be quite chilling up the peak, I purple-ly bought a purple jacket from Mark & Spencer summore. Mana tau, not in place to use.

First stop was to Madame Tussauds' wax musuem. And a pic with the only Malaysian's wax figure - Michelle Yeoh.

Her main purpose in Hong Kong was to buy diamond ring and she did bought one, expensive one!

The sales assistant got really lucky, my mum spotted the right ring, tried on and paid.

After dinner, we walked all the way to Tsim Sha Tsui for some shopping.

Hong Kong Day 1

Yes, Im back from Hong Kong in full piece. :-)

Hong Kong is one of my must-go places list. Growing with TVB Drama says it all. :-P

Supposed to go all by myself, as I have booked my ticket much earlier, later I told my mum about it, she wanted to go shopping, therefore I brought my mummy along.

Day 1- Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, Avenue of Stars/Harbour city/Temple Street.

Arrived at Hong Kong International Airport. My mum mistakenly thought the trip was one week later till I called her a day before. *sweat*

I slept in the plane most of the time.

Stayed at Bridal Tea House, Yau Ma Tei. I would have booked a better hotel knowing my mum would come with me, was on pretty tight budget when I browse through hotel choices.

See what I mean? super small room. But everything you need in a hotel can be found, even hotel slipper and cup coaster. Small but complete! Its very clean too, most importantly.

I did some research on where to makan before I go. Brought my mum to this old old restaurant back in the 50s located at Temple Street.

When I was little, I got new lantern every year added to my collection. My kong kong will get me and siblings new one each year without fail. Me and my elder brother ones were mostly the traditional type lighted with candle, later my younger brother getting those with music and colorful lighting and annoying. haha.

We had lots of them but my auntie gave them away to charity years back.

Those were the memories of my childhood.

This year, I spent my first tanglung walking with my cousins in KL.

Medan Day 3 & 4

Stone chairs and tables used by Batak Kings for tribal meetings. We were not allowed to sit on them. Maybe it was cursed or something.

Place where they punish guilty people and of course death sentence place.

Hop on ferry and travel to Tomok Kampung. Along the stretch, alot of small small hotels operate by the locals. Indonesia Government is less likely to open for foreign investors on their tourism sector. If its done by big hotel group, the place will gain its shine, wasted such a nice place lor.

This is Day 4, last day. We reached Marriot in Medan aroud 12 am the day before. From Lake Toba to Medan is quite a distance away.

Since it was a full board trip, meals all pao-ed. We managed to grab bakso at the local plaza before we leave. Uncle Chiang was dying to try this.

And that wraps up the 4D 3N Medan trip. its advisable to go for full board trip or hire local tour guide, it's not that safe to travel their on your own and you will missed out a lot of things.

A little hiccup in between, our bus crash into the muddy roadside trying to avoid stupid van from opposite direction. People from the village came and help, we managed to get our bus out after nearly an hour of struggling. *deep breath* if not we would be stuck there.

Medan Day 1

my first trip to Indonesia.

Thanks to the long break Raya.

we were departing from Penang International Airport and off we go.

took us about 55 mins to reach Polonia International Airport, nothing much about it, small and ulu-ulu looking airport they have.

we hop on to our bus. Teng-Teng, Pang-Pang......Ting-Ting, Tang-Tang is their local snack. Mostly made out of Peanuts.

This 'The Palace Residence' is right next to the airport, some high end residential area,not very well maintained though.

They will soon be free next to airport as they are building new airport somewhere outskirt.

we later head over to the splendid Palace of Sultan Deli, home of Sultan Deli, we stopped by for just a short while for some picture taking.

Dropped by shopping mall for some drinks. Tried the famous avocado juice for the very first time. not bad, but you have to drink it when its still fresh, somehow I find it not that nice anymore at the end of the drink.

Came back to Taiping and join my family for the Raya trip. Thank god there was no jam on the way, my eyes were closed most of the time though.haha! Mad tired.

..unintentionally, me and my friend went for brunch at Subang Avenue, had dim sum (the food not that nice though), later we headed to Subang Parade for some look see shopping and chilled at Secret Recipe.

We had their tea time set, cake + drinks.

FYI, the outlet in Subang Parade is open space concept, not in a freaking shop. We wanted to pay at the counter while making order but the manager told us to take our sit, bill will send to us. We sat down and makan everything, kepoh all the way and walked off without paying, non of the staffs stopped us.

Much later, my friend whatsapp me and told me about it, I totally forgot about it and was paying full attention to my gym session.ahahahaha!

Anyway, we managed to grab some new stuff for Raya.haha! I'm celebrating in Medan k, I also need new stuff.

last day at work, no, I'm not resigning. But before my holiday startssssss.

I am being lazy today, I reached home and went to bed straight. I was tired and which explains why I'm up now at this hour. *no workout today* *plan failed*

Anyway, was packing my luggage a bit and keep some money. I realized I'm quite rich leh, cash rich perhaps, Sg Dollar, Thai Bath, Philippine Peso (stole from my friend), Hong Kong Dollar and MYR in cashhhhhhh.

I saved up a lot for travelling this year. It's all very worthy. Since I would be flying to HK in Oct, I did read up some travel blogs, its interesting but the bad thing about it, they spice up my urge to fly everywhere.

Budget is cut to half now with my heavy commitment coming up.

ok, day 2 and 4 went extremely well, but I skipped on day 3. plan fail. *sigh*

had a short bitching session with Ah Ling today, was visiting my client's office located at the same place as her office. Can't wait to sit down and 8 more next week.

A little self praise, I run on a treadmill for an hour, non stop. I'm so proud of myself. For all you know, I can't run, I would rather do climbing than running. Simple, I just don't feel comfortable running, not even jogging. But somehow, my motivation level boost up and I keep running and running. I was cursing my boss, I was thinking of him, I was singing along with my playlist, I was competing against people who swim in the pool, I was planning my appointments for tomorrow, I was hoping for my raya trip to arrive........ that's what kept me occupied. :-)

need to go to the gym continuously for a week before my Medan trip. knowing me, I would probably stuff my stomach to the max when I'm there.

Kevin said my ass is huge now, deng, I think I add on one inch each side. FML max.

I have this skirt I bought when I first started working and I tried it on, FML again, it's so tight now, I feel like killing myself and jump from my condo. How can I put on so much weight, damn the age, so so so hard to lose the kgs now.

I'm so upset now!

Anyway, celebrated ah lui's belated birthday at Fu-Rin Japanese Restaurant, that woman spent her birthday at China. When she was back, we were both super busy till last Sat after work, we finally have the time to sit down and makan.

Food was not bad, dessert not that nice though. And varieties wise was all right, Eastin is much better.

Ah Lui is getting married, its complicated story. I have yet to hear what went wrong.

Anyway, Congrats!

Had really satisfied breakie and we went kepoh at Sunway Rymba Hills, a 3 storey luxury forest villas. the price is enough to make your eyes popped.

I go makan at Empire pretty often and never really step to the Hotel before, the lobby is at 2nd floor which is a little weird.

The food was just ok. Antipasti only available on Fri and Sat, normal days they serve their usual buffet. Gotta try out next time. *calling for ah Ling*

The dessert ain't bad though, yummy moist choc cake.

The ambience was nice but the buffet spread was just so so.

recharged myself in Phuket last week and nooooo, it didn't bring me good. I was flood with tonnes work when Im back, hence, had to work till 7.30 yesterday... @.@

Kepoh with SK abit on some changes imposed in the office management, knowing me, I don't really kepoh and stay in office, even so, I only focus on my work, I basically not very aware of some changes.

Been seeing quite a few newbies in the office which I don't even know who the heck are they, like seriously. And I bet they think the same too, marketing officer its like chipsmore, 'now you see now you don't'. Our company is in hiring/expanding/renovating, seen interviewee around lately and the renovation part is gonna be irritating I guess.

maybe I over react... he is the boss and I'm just a small potato.

I raised up my dissatisfaction on Thursday when I found out some unfair incident. I was arguing with my boss via sms. And I end up a line, "Its ok, you are the boss." I had never been this mang to the extent I brought up the issue. I din't speak to my boss for the whole day and he never came and explain to me which he usually would if he thinks he is at the right point.

This is the second time, the first time, was not my mistake and I had to accommodate on something unfair decision, so I thought ok, I give face to my Senior colleague.

But this round is so so so much different, in which I can't just sit down and not say anything. All the while I may be the 'everything ok la' person just to get my work done in a smooth manner but doesn't mean I have to agree with everything.

I had never once compare nor complain anything on your approval or other colleagues or work assessment. this time has really step on my tail. I need to voice out!!!!!!

Highlight of the day. I stepped into the gym for the very first time. Spent my 2 months in the pool and today I did some cardio. I have a feeling my muscle gonna sore like mad tomorrow.

I went swimming earlier to destress and it works. I swam 16 laps non-stop and it took me an hour. I felt even better after I came out from steam room. Going for another swimming session with Yeap tomorrow morning. She is another gym freak. I like her workout routine.

Back from Singapore last weekend and I'm off to Hua Hin, Thailand in 8th of April. AND Hong Kong in OCT. :-)

The joint of my finger hurt quite badly, it's in still pain when I try to move it left right and bend it, of course the pain is min now after 4 follow up sessions. Maggie Q is hot. i particularly love her tanned skin and toned body. And the spot where she tattooed. She usually covered up her tattoo for shooting or conceal it for most of her roles, she showed it up for Nikita.

She motivated me for a bit, I went for half and hour swim after lunch.haha! ok la, the motivation may lasts me for another 24 hours. :-P

Surveyed around for nice restaurants before we had came to a conclusion, we organised our dinner at Waterlily Bistro, Mutiara Tropicana. It's under the same company with Ole-Ole Bali and Bubu Bali where they serve Balinese food. *yums*

I tripped today, niasing! And I sprained my finger too and it's swelling now, I hope no fracture involved, gotta go see doc tomorrow after my meeting.

Hope 2011 is gonna be a better year. 2010 treated me quite well, despite some sucky things happened, but that is part of growing up, so ya!

Travel to Kedah for the very first time with parents for some singing competition my dad joined.

Johor and SG. Stayed in pretty good hotels. And also my first promotion in my life.

Attended my very first ROM, not mine. it was theirs. (Ginny & Ben)

Travel to Ipoh, super last min trip.

To Phuket. *loves* and got super tan after the trip.

Travel to Penang for like 5 times or more in 2010.

Went to Kuantan for my first time with my friends for Lee's wedding.

been sick for a week.. I'm glad that today is a public holiday. I was so sick yesterday and I got home 3 plus as I have finished my work and went to sleep straight. To be my supirse, there was no call came in, not even one. (got 2 sms-es) that 3 hours was heaven to me.

today is spring cleaning day. My door gate has became very rusty and old looking, so I've decided to give him a new life by repaint the whole thing.

Sorry, Au Yong, had to teman me for few hours. I need to kaotim the body paint on my car by next weekday, parents gonna be here next weekend. I dont want my dad to 'ngam' me on this.

been seeing advertisement on Liese bubble hair color. I needed some touch up for my hair, so I went for it.

Squeeze from the mixture and you will get this

and apply on your hair, it's easier than the usual ones. Just massage them through your hair for the color developer to spread evenly. The color turn out quite ok :-)

today is a spring cleaning day! I used to clean my condo once a month, not about mopping the floor, but the windows and glasses. I got a bit lazier and stopped looking at them for few months, finally get my butts up and do the house chores. It was tiring! :-P

It's finally December!!!!!!!! *gasp*
Was stucked in a very bad crawl. Mad tired! Went Ampang from my office at 6.45pm. yeah, so geng right! To do a site visit at my customer's shop, have to work hard to get my deal approved.
Get the horse running again! That's the comment I got from my boss, same goes to Stefanie.haha! He noticed we both have no semangat to work for figure anymore, some performing colleagues left and the working environment is not as motivating as it was.
3 more months for me to work on my appraisal. *counting down*

Went Johor and Singapore last month for annual conference.

pass given to us and a compliment of 30 Sing Dollar.

At JB hotel, stayed a night there for dinner and Singapore on the next day. Didn't take much photos during the dinner. My camera was gone case and I had yet to get a new one, so all of these taken with my bb.

I controlled my tears from falling off since yesterday night, I had never been so distracted before. I didn't sleep well yesterday and I didn't feel like working today.
Had dinner with friends earlier on. the moment I stepped into my car, my tears started to roll.
